KENDRICK, Arthur Harold
It is with great sadness that the family of Art Kendrick announces his passing on November 5, 2012 at Westview Health Centre, Stony Plain, at the age of 92 years.
Art is survived by his children Merla Richards (Bill) of Stony Plain, Bill (Mary) of Bedeque, P.E.I., Ellis (Phyllis) of Kitchener, Ontario and Ed (Vivian) of Woodstock, Ontario. Grandchildren Wes, Melissa, Whitney, Ainsley, Tracy, Crystal, Shaun and Troy and their spouses and 13 great-grandchildren.
He is also survived by his sister Peggy of St. Catharines, Ontario and numerous nieces and nephews.
Art was predeceased by his beloved wife of 54 years, Elsie in March of 1998 and his parents Alfred and Amy and brothers Jim, Ted and Len and sisters Audrey and Elsie.
Dad was a loving and wonderful man who will be dearly missed but always loved. He was a WW II Veteran serving in the Canadian Signal Corp and stationed on Vancouver Island and Australia during the war.
As per Dad's wishes a private Service will take place.
Our Heartfelt thanks to the staff at St. Michaels Grove Manor for their wonderful and loving care of Dad for the past nine years. Also a special thank-you for the compassionate care of the nursing staff and Dr. Greg Boughen at Westview Health Centre, during his last week of life.
