STEWART, Malcolm
On Friday, November 23, 2012, Malcolm John Stewart of Sherwood Park, succumbed to lung cancer at his home surrounded by his family, at the age of 80 years.
Malcolm is survived by his children, daughter Shelley (Terry); son Jonathon (Lisa); grandchildren, Brett, Ryan, Alisha, Justin, Bryan, Shealyn; great-grandchildren, Brooke and Isabella; sister Josephine; sisters-in-law, Penny (Don), Melody (Hjalmar); brother-in- law Brian (Nicole) and many loving nieces,nephews and extended family. Malcolm was predeceased by his beloved wife Susan, to whom he was married to for 46 years - she had been the love of his life; his parents, Malcolm John Sr. and Florence Greta; his parents-in-law Albert and Mildred.
A Celebration of his Life will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, December 3, 2012, at the Evergreen Funeral Chapel, 16204 Fort Road, Edmonton. Interment to follow in Evergreen Memorial Gardens. A special thank you to Dr. Graham and to the exceptional staff at the Strathcona Capital Care Centre for their loving care, friendship, compassion and support. Thank you for making "Dad's place" a place he was proud to call home.
