Colleen, I am happy that I was able to call you both a colleague and a friend. You were always able to make those around you smile. You will be missed.

Colleen, my friend I will miss you! I will always remember helping you move from Orchard Park and how we laughed in the cold early morning rain having your garage sale. I will miss our birthday dinners, Ukranian New Years, mostly I will miss your passion for life. You are walking green paths with Gypsy and smiling. Hugs, your friend Cathie

Thanks to the Ukrainian community in the Comox Valley I met Colleen. She will continue to be an inspiration to me because she touched so many people and places here. We would often cross paths as she was heading to one of her many activities while I was on a walk with my dog. Always a smile and happy thought was shared. Though we have lost the swish of color here on Earth I am sure the Angels are getting a taste of it now. Loretta
