Mrs. Carol Janet Hart, 72, passed away Thursday, April 10, 2014 at Westview Nursing and Rehab Center.
Mrs. Hart was retired from Sears and a Baptist.
Mrs. Hart was preceded in death by her parents, Edward B. Hart Sr. and Lizette Herrington Hart, and a brother, Edward Bill Hart Sr.
Survivors include: sister, Joyce Miller (Pete) of Senoia.; nieces and nephews, Billy Hart of Greenville, Mandy Hart Aldrich (Freddy) of Springfield, Tammy Miller-Devlin (Tim) of Senoia and Sgt. Charles Miller of Jacksonville, N.C.; five great nephews and four great nieces.
Visitation was held Sunday, April 13 from 2-4 p.m. with services following at 4 p.m. in the chapel of Riggs Funeral Home.
Burial was Monday, April 14 at 2:30 p.m. College Park Cemetery in College Park.
Pallbearers were Fred Coursey, Mark Bennett, Jason Aldrich, Keith Aldrich, Pete Smith and Tim Devlin.
