Born in Bulloch County, Dec. 20, 1927, Jesse was a true Southern gentleman. He will be missed by both family and friends. He was retired from Kemira and was a U.S. Army Korean Conflict veteran. During the fall and winter (the past seven years) he was employed at the South Effingham Elementary School's Pryme Tyme. He enjoyed children; they kept him young in heart through laughing. He was a loving husband and father.
