TRAPHILL — Mrs. Lorie Marie Crouse Reavis, 41, of Traphill died Friday, Nov. 22, 2013, at Woltz Hospice Home. Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 24, 2013, at Round Hill Baptist Church in Traphill with the Rev. Matthew Higgins and the Rev. Adam Darnell officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends Saturday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Reins-Sturdivant Funeral Home in North Wilkesboro. Mrs. Reavis was born July 21, 1972, in Alleghany County to Ralph and Anna Billings Crouse. She was a registered medical assistant at Medical Associates of Wilkes. Mrs. Reavis was a member of Round Hill Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her father, Ralph Crouse. She is survived by her husband, Jason Lee Reavis of the home; two sons, Justin Lee Reavis and Jonah Kyle Reavis, both of the home; her mother, Anna Billings Crouse of Sparta; two sisters, Louise Andrews and husband, Wayne, of Sparta and Linda Carpenter and husband, Eddie, of Ennice; two brothers, Harold Crouse and wife, Linda, of West Jefferson and Randy Crouse and wife, Rebecca "Becky," of Sparta; and several nieces and nephews.
