Tamara LaVonne Knight
Born: 01/11/1963 – Reborn: 09/04/2010

Tamara went home to be with our Heavenly Father. She leaves her mother, Mary Knight (Ron) Dodds of Battle Mountain, two sons Justin R. Knight and Eric R. Knight, sisters, Jennifer Gelskey (Albert) of Medford, Or., Marlaine Knight of Battle Mountain, Ava Knight of Elko, and Sally Knight of Battle Mountain, Nevada. She also leaves behind nephews, nieces, aunts, uncles, numerous cousins, and friends.

Tamara is preceded in death by her father Howard Knight, and brothers, Merline Knight and Stanford W. Knight.

She loved to travel, meet new people, helping others, and also animals. She loved to share her humor of daily life and enjoyed her favorite country singers; George Strait; Waylon Jennings; Randy Travis and Clint Black. She loved the rodeos. She will be greatly missed by all her loved ones.

Memorial services will be held at the Battle Mountain Administration Building, 37 Mtn. View Drive, Battle Mountain, Nevada on Friday, September 17, 2010 @ 10 a.m. Interment will be at the Battle Mountain Cemetery immediately following the services. A potluck will be held at the Administration Bldg, 37 Mtn. View Drive.

My deepest condolences. May God comfort the family and friends of Tamara Lavonne Knight. We can all look forward to the time when death will be no more and instead of tears of sorrow there will be tears of happiness. Hey Woman this was the last place i wanted to see your name. Never realize how time flys by. I seen you at your worst but I will always remember the good old days laughing and feeling like we were on cloud 9. Until we see each other again, save a place on that cloud.
