SALAZAR, JACOB - El Paso  
Jacob Anthony Salazar, age 17, was called to heaven on Sunday, May 10, 2015. Our beloved son's life was short; however, God blessed him with an amazing personality and heart. Jacob always had a kind word and a warm smile for all, despite his circumstances. He is survived by parents; Samuel Salazar and Elizabeth Palomino, siblings; Samuel Jr, Emma Nicole, and Savannah Marie, maternal grandparents; Eloy Palomino and Luz Ross, aunts, uncles, family, and friends. Visitation will be on Saturday, May 23, 2015 from 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Crestview Funeral Home with a Funeral Service beginning at 5:00 pm. Services entrusted to CRESTVIEW FUNERAL HOME, 1462 N. SENKOWSKY, FRANK - El Paso  
Long time El Paso resident Frank Senkowsky died on May 21, 2015. He was the son of Peter and Leona Senkowsky of Dickson City, Pennsylvania. After his honorable discharge from the 8th Air Force in World War II, where he flew 17 missions, he and his wife, Florence, who he married in 1946, moved to Mexico City, Mexico where he was involved in the development of the manganese industry. He subsequently moved the business to El Paso in 1960, where he managed it successfully until his retirement in the 1980's. He was a parishioner at Queen of Peace Catholic Church and Past President of the Serra Club. He is survived by his wife Florence, son Jon and daughter-in-law Donna, grandchildren Molly, Emily, Frances and Grace. Memorial Mass at Queen of Peace Catholic Church at 10:00 AM Thursday, May 28. The family would like to extend their appreciation for exceptional care provided by Dr. Jose Silva, Dr. David Dobrin and also the entire staff of Montevista at Coronado. Private interment. SERRANO, ALFONSO  
Alfonso V. "Poncho" Serrano, 71, passed away to be with our Heavenly Father on Tuesday, May 26, 2015. Alfonso a lifelong resident of El Paso, TX was born on Jul 8, 1943. Alonso coached youth baseball for the Bel Air Optimist for several years in the early1980's. He enjoyed the game of golf, fishing and his Dallas Cowboys. Alfonso was an Operations Superintendent with the City of El Paso Sanitation Department and retired after providing 29 years of service. He also worked at Viva Environmental, Inc. as a field supervisor for 10 years. He is preceded in death by his infant son Javier; parents Ana and Theodoro and brother Ricardo. Left to cherish his memory is his loving and devoted wife of 52 wonderful years, Cecilia. Together they had five children, Cornelia (Alfonso), Luis (Aileen), Alfonso Jr. and Eric (Bernice) and 15 grandchildren, eight great grandchildren. Other survivors include; five brothers, three sisters, numerous nieces, nephews, and friends. Visitation will be held on Friday, May 29, 2015 from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with recitation of the rosary at 7:00 p.m. at San Jose Funeral Home-East. Funeral Mass will be at 9:15 a.m. at Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Mount Carmel Cemetery. The Serrano Family would like to Thank Dr. NagendenMankan M.D. and his Staff.

SMITH, HAROLD - El Paso  
HAROLD F. SMITH "H.F. SMITH aka "Smitty & The walking mans friend" passed away Tuesday, May 19, 2015 at the age of 88 in El Paso, TX. He was born in Zanesville, OH. His wife Elizabeth Smith, two brothers, three sisters and two grandchildren preceded him in death. He is survived by Lester & Patricia; Philip & Margie; Greg & Glenda Smith; one daughter Denise Kelly; Loving companion Isela Alvarez. He has six grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. Smitty moved his family to El Paso in 1959. Well known and respected for his tenacious work ethic and generosity throughout the automotive industry. When he moved to El Paso, he became an owner of several new and used car dealerships in the area of El Paso, Odessa, & Las Cruces. Horse racing and owning horses became a fun passion. Smitty dedicated his life to family, friends and hard work. He was the greatest car salesman we ever knew. A long time member of the Sheriff's Posse, El Maida Shrine and Jesters. His memory will live on in the hearts of all that knew him. The family will celebrate Friday, May 29, 2015; at Sunset Funeral Home-West, 480 N. Resler Dr. from 10:00AM to 11:00AM; service to follow 11:00AM. Funeral Procession to Memory Gardens of the Valley Cemetery. STOCKTON, JOHN - El Paso  
John Wesley Stockton, Jr. passed on to be with our Lord and his parents, John W. and Lorene Stockton, who received him with open arms! Johnny was born in Clovis, New Mexico in 1947 and shortly thereafter his family moved to El Paso, Texas where he joined the United States Navy in 1966, after graduating from Eastwood High School. He became a Hospital Corpsman serving in Vietnam, where his patriotism for his country grew into a passion. Johnny worked in heavy equipment sales before owning and managing Doc's Stadium, a bar and grill in El Paso's eastside, where everyone called him "Doc". He was an active supporter of the Wounded Warrior and the El Paso Humane Society. He is survived by his sister, Suzanne Stockton Juen, brother-in-law Bill Juen, niece, Lori O'Donnell, nephew, Troy Juen, three grandnieces and nephews, Ashleigh, Sean, Ryan and Paige, aunts, Thelma Frazier and Elaine Newbill and several other relatives and friends. The family would like to thank Hospice of El Paso and his multitude of friends, who deeply loved and supported him. Graveside Service will be on Friday, May 29, 2015 at 11 a.m. at Evergreen East Cemetery, with a eulogy given by Bill Juen. The Patriot Guard Riders will stand in a flag line in "Doc's" honor.
