ERRAMOUSPE, JOHNNY - Las Cruces  
Johnny Erramouspe, 74, of Santa Teresa, New Mexico passed away May 3, 2015. Johnny was a long time resident of the Santa Teresa area. Johnny was born in Fort Sumner, NM in 1940 and raised on the family ranch in Corona, NM. Johnny was active in football, boxing, and rodeo during his high school years and served in the Air Force from 1961 - 1965. Johnny married Mary Sue Smith in Roswell, NM in 1967. They ranched in Corona as well as Belen, NM prior to moving to the Santa Teresa area in 1972. Johnny spent many years working with Charlie Crowder during the developing years of Santa Teresa Country Club, and was one of the founders of the Santa Teresa Volunteer Fire Department. Johnny and Mary Sue started Erramouspe Construction Co. in 1984 and remained in the utility construction business until he retired. Johnny enjoyed hunting, fishing, golfing and watching Miner basketball and Cowboy football. He loved watching his grandkids play sports, show animals, and hunting the elusive Coues Deer. Johnny is survived by his wife of 48 years, Mary Sue; his three children and their spouses: Michael Erramouspe, wife Kelly, and their three children Ty, Kylie, and Trey. Jimmy Erramouspe, wife Mindy, and their two children Caitlin and Trevor. Ann Marie Erramouspe Reep, husband Keith, and their two children Clayton and Nathan. Johnny is also survived by his brother Louis Erramouspe, and many nieces and nephews. Johnny was known for his integrity, honesty, work ethic, and his love for his family. He will be dearly missed by his family and friends. At his request there will be no service. Donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association or to a favorite charity. There will be an informal open house at the family home, 5550 McNutt Road, Santa Teresa, between the hours of 2 and 5 PM on Saturday May 23.

Edward Lee Ewing, 77, Laredo Tx " PHANTOM" Lee Edward Ewing, SR. lands in El Paso - ALIENS BEWARE- Keep the blinds closed, the "CHURCH" will never be the same. Goodbye to the Left Reverend. Now riding in the Biker Galaxy with his Hummer, Trike and hopefully an Indian Motorcycle to "FIX" - it must need Brackets! He has been all over the world in his life of 77 years: in country Viet Nam, England, with Marines, USAF, CIA for 22 years. Then to "try things", ride a lot and become a great teacher. He was a graduate of UTEP and loved the desert. He taught at Coronado HS for another 21 years. His wife Edythe Ewing loved him for more than 30 years. Oh how blessed to know such love. He had 6 children and always taught them to "watch out for weirdos". His children are Lee Edward Ewing, Jr., Debra Ann Ewing-Martin, Rebecca Marie Ewing-Halter, Richard Patrick Ewing, Tina Lee Ewing-Payton, Kathleen Estelle Ewing- Charest. Their mom is Dorothy Ewing-Harding. He has a brother Rick Ewing and 2 sisters Dana Ewing-Rivard and Liz Ewing-Mills all in San Antonio. Also to remember his 13 grandchildren - Jake, Matt, Joe, Josh, Shanna, Nikita, Christina, Melanie, Michael, Rachel, Sara, Benjamin, Cris. But wait their are also several great grandchildren he loves dearly. He was so proud of everyone and loved them ALL. We will miss him so but he left a legacy and taught us so much. FERGUSON, GEORGE - Dallas, Texas  
George Xavier Ferguson, age 94, of Dallas, Texas (formerly of El Paso, Texas and Salinas, California), will be buried with Honors at Arlington National Cemetery, Fort Meyer, Virginia on Friday, May 29, 2015 at 10:45 am beginning with a service at the Old Post Chapel. He passed away peacefully surrounded by family on April 25, 2014 after a long and productive life. A memorial service was held on May 3, 2014 for family and friends at Jaynes Memorial Chapel, Duncanville, Texas. George held distinguished careers in Texas as an Army Officer, Politician, and Educator. George was a decorated veteran of World War II with numerous medals including the Bronze Star and four Purple Hearts. George was nominated for the Silver Star Medal for Gallantry in Action after two battles in which he was wounded; however, he requested that his battalion commander withdraw the nomination and award it instead to the soldiers under his command. George was distinguished as one of five Ferguson brothers who volunteered, at their mother's urging, to defend our country in World War II. In 2007 he was inducted into the Hall of Fame of the U.S. Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center at the Presidio of Monterey as the Founder and Dean of the Romanic Languages Department where he authored and implemented innovative curriculum in the 1940s. Lourdes Flores, 53, was called home to our Lord on May 18, 2015. She was born in El Paso, TX to Jose de Jesus and Tomasa Flores. Lourdes is survived by her loving husband of more than 30 years, Peter Flores; Mother, Tomasa S. Guadalupe Cordero Garcia, 98, beloved by many and matriarch of a beautiful family, passed away on May 13, 2015. She was wife to Nicasio for 55 years who preceded her in death and was sister to Inez+, Juan+, Alicia+, Gabriel, Cruz+, Maggie, Refugio+, Ricardo+, Severo, Lorenzo and Alfredo. She was mother to Jesus (Lupe), Maria (Ernesto), Esperanza, Nicasio, Jr., Carmen (Ruben+), Cristina (Ramon+), Leopoldo, Jose, Alejandro+ (Liz), Jaime (Karen), Laura (Brad) and Ruben. She was blessed with 32 grandchildren, 36 great grandchildren and 8 great-great grandchildren. She had a great sense of humor and an infectious laugh that filled the room. She cherished her family and also enjoyed her pets and plants. Steadfast in her faith, Lupe recited the Rosary faithfully. It is therefore fitting that she passed into eternal rest on the feast day of Our Lady of Fatima. Visitation will begin at 5:00 p.m. with the recitation of the Rosary at 7:00 p.m. on Sunday, May 17, 2015 at Martin Funeral Home Central 3839 Montana Ave. El Paso Texas 79903. Funeral Mass will be held Monday, May 18, 2015 at 10:00a.m. at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, 2709 Alabama St. El Paso, TX 79930 with interment at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Cemetery, 401 S. Zaragosa Rd. El Paso, TX 79907. Reception will follow internment at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church.
