CHARLOTTE CHAVIRA

"TO BE ABSENT FROM THE BODY IS TO BE PRESENT WITH THE LORD. "Charlotte Leigh Chavira, born November 27th, 2000, went to our Lord on April 8th at the tender age of thirteen. This is in memory of our beautiful daughter Charlotte a.k.a. Carlota who only lived on earth for a short time but left a lasting memory to all that knew her. She was an amazing young lady who was part of the gifted and talented program at Hornedo Middle School and was a straight A Honor student her entire life. Charlotte was an active member of the school band and orchestra and took pride in perfecting her French horn skills. She was a member of the student council and participated in various clubs and activities. Charlotte loved to read and could recite movie lines on a whim; she was truly a blessing and was loved dearly by all. Charlotte is survived by her Father, Lauro Chavira, Jr, her Mother, Marzza L. Romero Chavira, and her Brothers: Ian Zwezerijnen, Ryan Zwezerijnen, Jake Baumgarten and Lauro Chavira, III. Her loving grandparents: Cecilia Dominguez Chavira and Lauro Chavira, Sr. and Jan Koontz. Visitation will be held Friday, April 11, 2014 from 6:00PM-9:00PM with Rosary at 7:00PM at Martin Funeral Home West.
