EMILIA LUNA Obituary

Emilia P. Luna, 65, went home to be with the Lord on November 15, 2012. She was born in Quezon City, Philippines on June 27, 1947. She is the only child of Eufrocina Paler. She is survived by her husband Carlos Luna. Children surviving her are sons Robert Luna and Michael Luna and daughter Anita Luna-Caulk. All from El Paso,Texas. Her daughter-in-law Carol Luna and son-in-law Christopher Caulk are part of her family. Her grandchildren include Christopher Caulk Jr., Anthony Caulk, Joshua Caulk, and Alyssah Ramos-Luna. Emmy, as she is known to family and friends, lived in the Philippines until she was 25 years old. She married Carlos Luna February 28, 1973 in Quezon City by judge and by church in April 21, 1973 in El Paso, Texas. Because of her love and selfless devotion, she had a profound impact on family and friends. From her birth, marriage, and battle with cancer, the evidence of God's hand in her life is undeniable. Emmy was baptized in Jesus name in 1982 and has grown to know and glorify the Lord. She will always be in our hearts. Her life has touched many and is an example of a child of God. Visitation will be held from 5:00pm-9:00pm Tuesday, November 20, 2012 at Sunset Funeral Home Northeast. Funeral Service: 12:30pm, Wednesday, November 21, 2012 at Sunset Funeral Home Northeast. Committal Service: 2:00pm, Wednesday, November 21, 2012 at Fort Bliss National Cemetery.
