Martin Guerrero

Martin L. Guerrero. Beloved husband, father, great-great-grandfather, and grand patriarch returned to his eternal home and family on May 16, 2014 after 95 full years. He was lent to us from Heaven on July 3, 1918 and worked hard from an early age and throughout his life to provide for his family. His loving heart, bright smile, twinkling eyes and warm humor touched everyone he met and revealed his shining soul. A dedicated and loving family man, we will miss his hearty laugh, wit, compassion, advice, and story-telling. Known to everyone as "Grandpa", he enjoyed a sharp mind all his life, loved unconditionally, and embraced life without fear or regret. He loved music, dancing, whistling, movies, learning, travel, and meeting people. He welcomed all to his home and helped others selflessly. His beautiful wife, Tomasa, and daughter, Irma, preceded him. He is survived by his children, Robert, Alicia, Dr. Martin Guerrero Jr., sister Hortencia, 7 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, and 17 great-great grandchildren. Pallbearers: Robert Guerrero, Martin Guerrero Jr., Ian Gonzalez, Savannah Quezada, Eric Quezada, David Perez. Honorary pallbearers: Mason Gonzalez and Aiden Villegas.
