Our loving and devoted mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend Ofelia Teran Holguin, 87, was called upon by the Lord on March 6, 2014 to join him in his kingdom of eternal life. She is preceded in death by her husband Tony Holguin; brothers, Phillip, Jose, Alfredo, and CelestinoTeran; sisters, Hortencia Aguirre, Concha Castillo, and Esperanza Teran and grandson Robert Holguin Jr. Survived by sons, Robert (Blanca) Holguin and Tony; daughters, Estella (Jose), Yolanda (Enrique) Gallardo, Alma Rede, Esperanza (Sal) Garcia, Gloria (Auden) Ramos, and Patricia Herrera; brothers, Julian and Carlos Teran, sister Esther Huerta; 12 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. We will miss her and will always love her. However,we find comfort by knowing she is no longer in pain and that we will someday be with her again. Visitation will be held on Monday, March 10, 2014 from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with recitation of the rosary beginning at 7:00 p.m. at San Jose Funeral Home-East. Funeral Mass will be Tuesday, March 11, 2014 11:30 a.m. at St. Raphael Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Fort Bliss National Cemetery.
