RAMON DOMINGUEZ

Dominguez, Ramon Jr., beloved husband, father, grandfather and uncle, 83, of El Paso, TX. Surrounded by his family went to join the Lord on Thursday, November 7, 2013. Dad will best be remembered for his quick wit. He was always ready with a story about his Lincoln "barrio". He retired after 37 years with Civil Service. Proud Bowie Bear and member of the Bowie 49rs Club. Also a lifetime member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars, Disabled American Veterans, and Blind Veterans Association. Survived by his devoted and loving wife of 59 years Elma, and children; Raymond, Patsy (*James), Roger (Rayo), and Richard, 5 grandsons, and numerous nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his parents Ramon Sr. and Angelita, his sister Tita Tenison (*Jerry) and brother Felipe Dominguez (Guadalupe). Special thanks to Sedonna Montelongo and Jerry (Betty) Tenison, Esperanza Trejo and Mariposa Hospice for their countless hours of service in the caring of our father. Honorary pallbearers; Ramiro Chavez, Richard Villa, Epifanio Servin, Robert Franco, Ray Rodriguez, William Hernandez, Manuel Barajas, and Joseph Turner. Pallbearers will be grandchildren; James and Philip Brennan, and Christian, Michael and Jonathan Dominguez, also nephew Jerry Tenison. Services will be at Funeraria Del Angel Martin Central, on Monday, November 11th, 2013. Viewing 5-9pm and Vigil Services from 7-9pm. Funeral Mass on Tuesday, November 12th, 2013 at St. Pius X Catholic Church at 8:15 am. Interment to follow at Ft. Bliss National Cemetery.
