William Aziz

William "Bill" Aziz passed away on Thursday, March 13, 2014 at the age of 81. Bill was a member of Saint George Antiochian Orthodox Churchand the Order of Saint Ignatius of Antioch. He was a graduate of El Paso High School. Bill's career began in the US Air Force andyears later, he and his wife, Nada became owners of Como's Italian Restaurant. Bill was also a professional bowler and was inducted into the El Paso Bowlers Hall of Fame; he was also a member of the Professional Bowlers Association. He is preceded in death by his parents Nacim and Anne Aziz, his loving daughter Reem Aziz, sister Olivia Aziz, brothers Jim Aziz, George Aziz and Richard Aziz and his uncle George Aziz. Bill is survived by his beautiful and loving wife Nada Aziz of 44 years, sons John Aziz, Billy Aziz, Tommy Aziz and the love of his life, his grandson Alexander William Aziz. Bill is also survived by a very large extended family of aunts, nieces, nephews and cousins.A very special thank you to the gentlemen of the cloth; Father George, Father Michael and Father Bob for their prayers and support and a special Thanks to Dr. MuneerAssi and Dr. Edward Assi and all family and friends who were involved in his care. Visitation will be on Monday, March 17, 2014 from 4 to 8 pm with Trisagion at 7 pm at Martin Funeral Home West. Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, March 18, 2014 at 11:00 am at St George Antiochian Orthodox Church, 120 N. Festival Dr. with Rev. Father George Al-Dehneh and the Very Rev. FatherJehad Michael and the Very Rev. Father Bob Bethoney. Burial will follow at Ft. Bliss National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St George AntiochianOrthodox Church; 120 N.
