Daniel Farias, 89, passed away peacefully at his home surrounded by his loving family on Friday, February 1, 2013. He is survived by his wife, Delia L. Delgadillo, his five children: Jaime Farias, Eduardo Farias, Argelia Farias, Noemi Farias Licon and Isela Farias-Harjo; and step children: Virginia McGrath, Bertha Rodriguez, Irma Stelley, Delia Niezguski, Tessi Harman and Delia Korpalski-Carson, many grandchildren, nephews and nieces. He was born in Madera, Chihuahua, Mexico. Daniel served his country in the Army Air Force Engineer Aviation Topographic Battalion during WWII, and retired after 30 years as a Civil Engineer with the US Bureau of Reclamation. We will forever miss him. Special gratitude is extended to the staff of CIMA Hospice of El Paso. Visitation is scheduled from 5-9 p.m. with vigil service starting at 6 p.m. at Funeraria Del Angel Martin-Central on Wednesday February 6th. Funeral Mass will be held at All Saints Catholic Church at 9:45 a.m. interment to follow at Ft. Bliss National Cemetery with military honors.
