Lula Aganski Obituary
Lula Lee (Nee) Jones Aganski, was born in Hope, NM, Feb 13, 1911 to Randolph Brown and Lou Ida Teague Jones. Lula resided in Hope through her high school years with her siblings, Earl, Allen, Blanch, Bill, Rannell, Raymond and George until she left for college in San Antonio. Upon graduation she held many positions but at the advent of WWII she was employed at Randolph Field where she met her future husband, Lt. Rudolph Aganski. They were married on Jan. 17, 1945. They were a devoted couple and Lula was able to be with Rudy in Europe, Asia, and the US. They retired to El Paso where Rudy predeceased Lula. Her survivors are nieces and nephews, Ken, Gene, Gordon, Royce, Ray, Dolph, Melissa, Robert, Floyd, Sondra and Nancy and their families who will miss Aunt Lu. Visitation will be held Thursday, September 9, 2010 from 5pm to 9pm at Martin Funeral Home-Central. Chapel Service will be held 1:00 p.m. Friday, September 10, 2010 at Martin Funeral Home-Central. Interment will follow to Ft. Bliss National Cemetery. Services entrusted to Martin Funeral Home-Central 3839 Montana Ave. El Paso, Texas 79903 (915) 566-3955
