Obituary Condolences

Effie L. Breiten Adkins, born February 21, 1906, the last of the Mockert girls has joined sisters Marquerite Workman Baldwin and Dorothy Christopher Austin and parents Joseph and Rosa Mockert. Survived by son, Russell Breiten and grandchildren, Kenneth and Lisa Breiten. Effie worked for 42 years for Mountain States Telephone and Telegraph, she was a member of the Telephone Company Pioneers Organization, and was a former Lady Shriner. Graveside Service will be held on Saturday, July 2, 2011 at 9:00 AM at Restlawn Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a charity of choice. Services entrusted to FDA Kaster-Maxon & Futrell Funeral Home, 8817 Dyer Street, El Paso, TX (915) 751-1287.
