Steven Gordon Grissom, born in Oklahoma on March 21, 1916 passed away May 17, 2014. He was a WWII Veteran. Steven came to El Paso with his wife Claudine, in December 1940 and was employed at Quarter Master Laundry at Ft. He was the proud grandfather of 23 grandchildren, 28 great grandchildren, and 3 great-great grandchildren. Daddy loved to talk about his many childhood adventures and the various people he met when driving a bus and a taxi. He believed that a man should take care of his family and pay his bills.
