Terri was born on November 24, 1947 in El Paso, Texas. She received her Bachelor's Degree in Education from the University of Texas at El Paso in 1969. After her retirement, she continued to teach child development courses part time at El Paso Community College. Terri was preceded in death by her parents, Manuel M. and Angela R.
