Hosie Lynell White December 29, 1983 - July 18, 2014 Hosie Lynell White passed away suddenly on Friday, July 18, 2014. He was a lifelong resident of El Paso and graduated from Hanks High School in 2002. After High School, he joined the Texas National Guard and proudly and honorably served his country for 6 years, including 2 tours of duty in Iraq. In 2013 he received a Bachelor's Degree in Business from the University of Phoenix. He continued to serve his country by working for the Department of Homeland Security up to his untimely passing. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Phillip and Claudell White, Leon Love and sister Vanessa C. White. He is survived by his children, Jaiden White and Mariah Del Gaizo, Father; Hosie White (Wife Ines), Mother: Michele Love-Smith and second dad Bonnie Smith, loving grandma Eleanor J. Love, sister Lanae White, the mother of his children Dianna White, step siblings Oscar and Arely Campuzano, Mathew "Tito" Faulks, Shinet, Dyahndra and Samone, and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, cousins, and friends. He enjoyed movies and was an avid basketball and Dallas Cowboy fan. Although Jaiden was only 5 years old, he shared the love of sports with his daddy. They played basketball, t-ball, soccer, and flag football. Mariah loved to play tag, watch movies and go to the zoo with her daddy. He will be remembered as a man who deeply loved and adored his family. He had a great sense of humor and had a laugh that was contagious. He was our family's heart. The love we share is eternal. Visitation will be held at San Jose Funeral Home-East on Thursday, July 24, 2014 from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a prayer service at 7:00 p.m. A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, July 25 at 11:00 AM, with a visitation from 9:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at Mt. Zion Baptist Church, 3400 Wyoming Ave. Interment will follow at Ft. Bliss National Cemetery with Military Honors. Family members and friends will serve as pallbearers.
