On August 15, 2014 the Lord called his angel, Sixta (Mama) Jordan, 94, to come home. She was a lifelong resident of El Paso, TX. She was very well loved and respected by her family and friends. Her great sense of humor, spunk and liveliness will be forever cherished. She left a lasting impression on everyone she met. Although she is now with our Savior, her legacy will continue to live on. She will never be forgotten. She was preceded in death by her husband, Rafael Jordon. She is survived by her children, Rafael Jordan Jr. (Clara), Maggie Ontiveros, Martha Ontiveros (Roque), Jerry Jordan (Julie), Richard Jordan (Kim), brother, Clemente Gaytan (Macrina), 14 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, 8 great-great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be, Rafael Jordan Jr., Rafael Jordan III, Jerry Jordan, Jacob Jordan, Richard Jordan, Jared Jordan, Reuben Ontiveros, Gabe Ontiveros and Clemente Gaytan. Visitation will be Thursday August 21, 2104 from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Martin Funeral Home West, 128 N. Resler Dr. with Vigil Service at 7 p.m. Funeral Mass will be Friday August 22, 2014 at 10 a.m. at San Francisco de Assisi Church, 5750 Doniphan Dr. Interment at Memory Gardens of the Valley Cemetery.
