Naomi Knight was born April 8, 1936 in El Paso Texas. Naomi was called home to be with the Lord on March 18th in Fort Worth, Texas after a long battle with Alzheimer's disease. She is a beloved wife, mother, and grandmother. Naomi attended and was a graduate of John Marshall High School in Los Angeles, California. She graduated from cosmetology school and was a hair stylist for over 20 years. Naomi also volunteered for many years at William Beaumont hospital in the Endocrine Clinic. Naomi and her family were members of the Church of El Paso for over 30 years. Naomi enjoyed her arts and crafts and made many ceramics that are on display in her home. She enjoyed traveling to Joplin Missouri every year for the Knight Family Reunions. Naomi is survived by her husband of 56 years, Fred Knight; two children and their families: daughter, Kathryn (Kate) Chapman, Randy Chapman and grandson Kenneth Chapman. Son, Kenneth Knight, Angela Knight and grandsons Koby and Tyler Knight, who reside in Italy. Her legacy will endure and her family feels blessed to have had her in their lives. Naomi will truly be missed by all. Interment and graveside service will be held at Fort Bliss National Cemetery on Monday, March 25 at 10 am. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations made to the local Hospice organization.
