Oh no. I just found out about Frank. I had the opportunity to work with Frank while I was an engineer trainee at White Sands Missile Range. Later, I worked with him on managing the UNIX-C archives on the SIMTEL20. Frank was an awesome engineer.... Frank layed a lot of the groundwork for the modern Internet!!! RIP Buddy....

May the love of friends and family carry you through your grief. The most contact I had with Frank was through his knowledge of electronics when it came to the internet. I will remember Frank and his loved ones in my prayers. Rev. Stephen Peters

Frank certainly was an honorable and Godly man. We were blessed by his selfless devotion to the PV 1962 class alumni all of these years. He served the Lord, and all others. Thank you.
