Amanda M. Jansen, 99, Washington, passed away Saturday, Sept. 22, 2012, at Cedarcrest Manor, Washington.
Mrs. Jansen was born May 14, 1913, in Union, the daughter of George Hoelscher and wife Louise, nee Haberberger.
She was united in marriage July 12, 1947, in St. Louis, to Oscar Jansen.
Mrs. Jansen is survived by one granddaughter, Deborah Lukowski and husband Craig, Keller, Texas; two great-grandchildren, Christopher and Catie Lukowski, Keller, Texas; other relatives and many friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Oscan Jansen; her daughter, Patricia Jaby; and her son-in-law, Robert Jaby.
Mrs. Jansen was a member of Our Lady of Lourdes Church, Washington, and a past member of the Knights of Columbus Auxiliary.
Funeral services were held Friday, Sept. 28, at Our Lady of Lourdes Church, Washington, with Father Mike Boehm officiating.
Burial was in St. Francis Borgia Cemetery, Washington.
The family was served by Miller Funeral Home, Washington.
