Connie Lee Frankenberg, nee Moosman, 66, St. Clair, formerly of Washington, passed away Monday, Oct. 15, 2012, in St. Clair.
Mrs. Frankenberg was born Aug. 15, 1946, in Washington, the daughter of the late Buddy Moosman and Wilma Jewel Wellenkamp, nee Luttrell.
She received her education inWashington, and on Dec. 8, 1962, was united in marriage to Allen Frankenberg at First Baptist Church, Washington.
Mrs. Frankenberg worked at Hazel Vinyl Products for several years, later working as a caregiver at Emmaus Homes for 25-plus years.
She is survived by three sons, Kevin Frankenberg, Mark Frankenberg and special friend Dana, all of Union, and Matthew Frankenberg, Washington; three daughters, Lisa Hamilton and husband Chris, Eureka, Julie Frankenberg and special friend Tony, Washington, and Amy Ventimiglia and husband John, St. Clair; 13 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; one brother, Joseph Moosman and wife Donna, Eureka; one sister-in-law, Joyce Dieckhaus and husband Forrest "Rusty," Union; two brothers-in-law, Glen Frankenberg, Rosebud, and Richard Frankenberg, Union; other relatives and many friends.
Mrs. Frankenberg was preceded in death by her husband, Allen Frankenberg, Nov. 28, 2005; parents; stepfather, Henry Wellenkamp; and two grandchildren in infancy, Joseph and Bianca Ventimiglia.
A funeral service was held Friday, Oct. 19, at Oltmann Funeral Home, Washington, with her uncle, the Rev. Bill Luttrell, officiating.
Burial was in Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery, St. Louis.
