Delmar "Pat" Robinett, 82, Warrenton, passed away Monday, Aug. 12, 2013, at St. Joseph West Hospital, Lake St. Louis.|
Pat was born to Troy Robinett and wife Myrtle, nee Hoskin, May 12, 1931, in Brumley.
He was united in marriage to Alice June Thompson Jan. 29, 1951, in Overland. They celebrated 60 years of marriage before Alice passed away Jan. 12, 2011.
Pat served his country in the U.S. Army. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and playing Pitch with his family. Pat was a welder for Laclede Gas Company for several years. He also enjoyed being with his family as much as he could.
Pat is survived by five sons, Douglas (Dawn) Robinett, Scott (Donna) Robinett, all of Montgomery City, David (Lori) Robinett, Tracy Robinett, all of Warrenton, and Mark Robinett and life partner Michael Keller, St. Louis; two sisters, Zelda (Floyd) Hendon, Bridgeton, and Marlene (Eldon) Clap, St. Charles; other relatives and many friends.
He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Alice Robinett; parents, Troy and Myrtle Robinett; one brother, Armel Robinett; and one sister, Thelma Robinett.
A visitation was held Thursday, Aug. 15, from 4 to 8 p.m. at Martin Funeral Home, Warrenton.
A funeral service was held Friday, Aug. 16, at 1 p.m. at the funeral home.
Burial followed at Warrenton City Cemetery.
