Felix A. Lindauer Obituary
Felix August Lindauer, 91, Washington, passed away Tuesday, Nov. 28, 2017, in Washington.

Felix, son of the late Julius Lindauer and wife Amanda, nee Jaeger, was born May 3, 1926, in Washington. He received his education in Washington and attended Washington High School. He grew up on a farm west of Washington and farmed for many years. Felix was united in marriage to Miss Jacqueline "Jackie" Moore, and they made their home in Washington. Felix served his country in the U.S. Army, from Nov. 10, 1952, to March 22, 1954. He worked at Zero Manufacturing for several years. Felix owned and operated LinMor Tool in Washington for many years. He also worked at Six Flags Over Mid-America for many years as a machinist. Felix owned several planes over the years and was very proud to be a recreational pilot. Felix was a 32nd-degree Mason and was a member of the Moolah Shrine.

Felix is survived by one brother, Harold Lindauer, Washington; one sister-in-law, Betty Lindauer, Chesterfield; nieces and nephews; and very dear friend, Lisa Huxel, Villa Ridge.

He was preceded in death by his loving wife Jackie, July 12, 2006; his parents; and three siblings, Marie Grannemann, Max Lindauer and Gustav "Gus" Lindauer.

A funeral service was held Friday, Dec. 1, at 10 a.m. at Oltmann Funeral Home, Washington.

Burial was in St. Peter's Cemetery, Washington.
