Jean F. Rabbitt Obituary
Jean Frances Rabbitt, nee Murphy, 81, Wentzville, passed away Monday, Feb. 19, 2018, at Parklane Nursing and Rehab, Wentzville.

Jean, a former health aide, was born July 17, 1936, in St. Louis, the daughter of William P. Murphy and wife Laura C. She was a member of Holy Rosary Catholic Church, Warrenton. Jean loved playing bingo and enjoyed sewing, but most of all loved her family. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.

Jean is survived by her eight children, Ed Rabbitt, Jr., Wentzville, Deb (Ray) Wuebben, Rockford, Ill., Ray (Brenda) Rabbitt, Middleburg, Fla., Jim (Tammy) Rabbitt, Warrenton, Bob (Cathy) Rabbitt, Oneida, N.Y., Barb (Tom) Kuhn, House Springs, Sue (Barry) Young, St. Peters, and Tammy (Mike) Groppe, House Springs; four siblings, Rita (Richard) Milke, Ballwin, Tom (Sara) Murphy and Patricia Murphy, all of St. Louis, and John (Yvonne) Murphy, Spokane, Wash.; 19 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her father, William P. Murphy; mother, Laura C. Murphy; and three siblings, Margaret Monrotus, William P. Murphy Jr. and her twin sister, Jeanette Miller.

Visitation will be held Saturday, March 10, from 11:30 a.m. to noon at Holy Rosary Catholic Church, Warrenton.

A funeral service will follow at noon, also at the church.

Interment will be private.

Memorials to Masses, in care of Pitman Funeral Home, P.O. Box 126, Warrenton, MO 63383 are preferred.
