Judy Polston Obituary
Judy Polston, nee Almo, 70, St. Clair, departed this life Saturday, Nov. 18, 2017, at her home surrounded by the love of her family.

Judy was born July 17, 1947, in Richwoods, the daughter of Clyde Almo and wife Alberta Vira, nee Armbruster. As a young woman, she was blessed to have two children.

Judy was a Christian, believing in the Lord as her Savior. During her working career, she was employed as a housekeeper at Best Western Motel for about 20 years. In her younger years, she enjoyed riding horses. She also loved to go camping and have cookouts, especially with family. What meant most to her was time spent with family. Her children and grandchildren were her pride and joy and held a very special place in her heart, just as she did in their hearts.

A devoted and loving mother, mother-in-law, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, sister-in-law, aunt, great- and great-great-aunt, cousin and treasured friend, she will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew and loved her.

Judy is survived by her children, Mike Marcee and wife Heather, Lonedell, and Rhonda Winkle and husband Dennis, Festus; four grandchildren, Amber Woodcock, Bourbon, Lauren Quesenberry, De Soto, Krista and Nikki Bostick, both of Bourbon; one brother, the Rev. Bobby Almo, Sullivan; one sister, Rethea Davidson and husband John, Lake of the Ozarks; one sister-in-law, Geraldine Armbruster, Ste. Genevieve; four grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; nieces; nephews; great- and great-great-nieces and -nephews; cousins; and many friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Clyde and Alberta Almo, and two brothers, Harold and Johnny Almo.

A memorial visitation will be held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday, Dec. 1, at Calvey Baptist Church, 930 Calvey Church Road, Robertsville, MO 63072.

A memorial service will follow at the church, beginning at 1 p.m., with the Rev. Bobby Almo officiating.

A private committal will take place at a later date.

The family of Judy Polston entrusts the care of their loved one to Russell Colonial Funeral Home, St. Clair.
