Martha M. Cary Obituary
Martha M. Cary, nee Bunch, 82, Foristell, passed away Friday, Aug. 24, 2018, at her home.

Martha was born Aug. 24, 1936, in Manila, Ark., to George W. Bunch and Grace, nee Hicks. She was married to Carl Cary March 8, 1958, in St. Louis. They spent 60 wonderful years together. The couple had three children, Karen, Linda and Scott. Martha was a homemaker for most of her adult life. She was a member of Grace United Church of Christ, O'Fallon, for 40 years. Martha enjoyed spending time with her family and going to the yearly family reunions. Her grandchildren and great-grandchildren were the light of her life. Martha made it to many of their sporting and school events, and always had something special for them to eat or drink in her purse. Martha was a devoted, caring and loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend.

She is survived by her loving husband, Carl; three children, Karen Corder and husband Larry, Linda Massey and husband Rick, and Scott Cary and wife Sue; four grandchildren, Kyle Cary, Aaron Cary (Sarah Matthews), Kelsey Cary (Casey Kemry) and Morgan Corder; four great-grandchildren, Hailey, Rylee, Addi and Alivia; two brothers, Jim Bunch and wife Ruth Ann, and Michael Bunch and wife Caroll; and two sisters, Minnie Bourland and Sherry Pratt.

Martha was preceded in death by her parents, George and Grace; and seven siblings, Ruth Riggs, Arthur Bunch, Helen Woolf, JR Bunch, Carolyn Bill, Yvettia Bunch and Gary Bunch.

Visitation was held Friday, Aug. 31, from 4 to 7 p.m. at Martin Funeral Home, Warrenton.

Funeral services were held Saturday, Sept. 1, at 10 a.m., also at the funeral home.

Burial followed at Lippstadt Cemetery.
