1943 - 2012 Obituary Condolences
Ronald Alan Hase, 69, Treloar, passed away peacefully at his home Sunday, Oct. 21, 2012.

Mr. Hase was born July 18, 1943, to Victor and Audrey Hase Kaysinger, nee Treuel, in his grandparents' home.

He took the hand of his wife, Mary E. Hasekamp, on May 16, 1964. They walked through life's sweetest joys and deepest sorrows together for 48 years.

Mr. Hase enjoyed seeking out good yard sales, playing solitaire, gardening, canning and tinkering around in his shed with lawn mowers and weed eaters.

He also enjoyed the conversation and drinking coffee at Treloar Garage and having lunch with friends at The Infield.

Mr. Hase was the happiest when he was spending time with his family and making other people smile. He was employed with Charleswood Furniture, Wright City, where he was a plant manager.

He also was a carpenter and electrician. Mr. Hase was currently a member of the Hawk Point Community Church. Previously he attended Immanuels United Church of Christ in Holstein, where he served as council president.

Mr. Hase was a member of the Washington Elks Lodge and the Hawk Point Booster Club. He also was a member of the original Treloar Boat Club.

He also served his country in the National Guard for three years.

Mr. Hase leaves behind his loving wife, Mary E., Treloar; two daughters, Rhonda Kestler and husband Kevin, Martinsburg, and Mary Lou Dyer and husband Alan, Montgomery City; four cherished grandchildren, Ethan Smith, Dustin Dyer, Amiee Basse and Garrett Dyer; one brother, Tom Hase, Marthasville; one brother-in-law, George Hasekamp and wife Sharon, Hawk Point; one sister-in-law, Sara Creech, Hawk Point; nephews and nieces Thomas W. Hase Jr. and Maggie, both of Warrenton, Robert Hase and Bonnie, both of Marthasville, Scott Hasekamp and Kim, both of Hawk Point, Mark Hasekamp and Angie, both of Troy, Jodi Hasekamp, currently of South Korea, Benjamin Creech, Columbia, and Abi Creech, Hawk Point; two godchildren, Thomas W. Hase Jr. and Dawn Petersmeyer; other relatives and many friends.

A celebration of life service will be held Wednesday, Oct. 24, at 10:30 a.m. at Lichtenberg-Martin Funeral Home, Marthasville.

Visitation was scheduled to be held from 2-8 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 23, at the funeral home.

Memorials to the Put A SHHH on Cancer Team, in care of Martin Funeral Home, 510 E. Main St., Warrenton, MO 63383 are preferred.
