1951 - 2018 Obituary Condolences
William Randall Duncan, 66, Goodlettsville, Tenn., passed away Tuesday, June 26, 2018.

He was born in Washington to Willie and Helen, nee Green, Duncan, Friday, July 27, 1951. William was a former E4 Senior Airman in the U.S Air Force. He was a retired internal auditor for the state of Tennessee. He was a loving son and wonderful brother who loved to tease and joke around with his family and especially with his good fishing buddy, Mike Walls. He was loved by all who knew him and will be greatly missed by all.

He is survived by his mother; two brothers, Glen Duncan (Carla), New Haven, and Steven Duncan (Cindy), Villa Ridge; one sister, Cheryl Franks (Danny), Cushman, Ark.; and several nieces and nephews.

William was preceded in death by his father and his grandparents.

A funeral service was held at the Roller Crouch Chapel, Batesville, Ark., at 10 a.m. Saturday, June 30, with Brother Carl Blankenship officiating. Visitation was held prior to the service, from 9 to 11 a.m.

Pallbearers were Randy Franks, Bryan Franks, Danny Franks, Andy Duncan, Patrick Duncan and Zack Duncan.

Burial followed at Roselawn Cemetery, Batesville, Ark.

Arrangements were in care of Roller-Crouch Funeral Home, Batesville, Ark.
