Joseph Dauge, 83, Washington, formerly of Union, passed away Sunday, March 2, 2014, in Washington.|
Joe, son of the late Angelo Dauge and wife Rose, was born Nov. 5, 1930, in Stanton. He received his education in Albany, N.Y. Joe was employed by the Diamonds Restaurant and Gas Station, Gray Summit.
Joe was preceded in death by his parents, Angelo and Rose Dauge; and two sisters, Helen and Louise.
He is survived by his wife, Alma Dauge, Union; two sons, Joseph Dauge, Union, and Tony Dauge and wife Cindy, New Haven; two sisters, Mary and Angie; six grandchildren, Michael, Terry, Nicole, Amber, Ashley and Adam; two great-grandchildren, Caitlin and Dominic; one nephew, Tom Ryder, New York state; other relatives and friends.
A visitation to honor Joe was held Wednesday, March 5, at Nieburg-Vitt Funeral Home, Washington.
Interment was private.
Memorials may be given to a charity of donor's choice.
