Gladys Irene Delzeith, 78, Warrenton, passed away Tuesday, March 26, 2013, at Warrenton Manor, Warrenton.|
She was born Dec. 19, 1934, in Warrenton, the daughter of the late Floyd O. McGee and wife Ida Irene.
Gladys was employed as a secretary and a member of College United Methodist Church, Warrenton. She was an avid bowler, loved playing bingo, going to the casino boats, sewing and fishing.
Gladys is survived by one son, Darrell (Sandy) Bollegar, Warrenton; two brothers, Donald (Delores) McGee, Warrenton, and Harvey (Donna) Piatt, Carpentersville, Ill.; one sister, Shirley Hensiek, Warrenton; one sister-in-law, Lorene McGee; one grandson, Kyle McHenry, Warrenton; three granddaughters, Danielle (Al) Ploch, St. Peters, Marcie Bollegar, St. Louis, and Melinda Bollegar, Cottleville; one great-grandson, Bradley Ploch; other relatives and many friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Al Delzeith; parents, Floyd and Ida McGee; one daughter, Diane Lynn Bollegar; and three brothers, Floyd L. McGee, Roger McGee and Jimmy Piatt.
Visitation was held Thursday, March 28, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Pitman Funeral Home, Warrenton.
A funeral service followed at 2 p.m. at the funeral home.
Interment was in Warrenton City Cemetery, Warrenton.
