Patricia Eldridge Obituary
Patricia Wood Findley Eldridge (Patty), devoted and loving wife, daughter, sister, and friend to many passed into our loving Heavenly Fathers arms on March 26th, 2017 at the age of 62. Patty was born to Bill and Peggy Findley of Alice, Texas. Patty spent her childhood in Alice, graduated high school in 1972 to go on to graduate from the University of Texas in Austin. Shortly after graduating Patty left Austin to seek a career in Dallas. She was blessed in the area of bookkeeping and accounting, especially those of area contractors in which she met Scott Eldridge. Scott and Patty married in 2001 after a long friendship. Scott and Patty left Texas to pursue other interests and lived in Washington state for a few years and then moving to Estes Park, Colorado where they owned and operated a lodging and guiding business for nearly 10 years. Patty was very involved in the Estes Gun Club, a very avid shooter and had a long-long love of dogs, all dogs, especially her two shih-tzus Casey J. and Jazzy. Patty is preceded in her death by her mother Peggy. She is survived by her husband Scott Eldridge of Estes Park, Colorado/Wimberley, Texas; by her father William E Findley and wife Phyllis of Alice, Texas; her brother Bill Findley and wife Julia of Bellingham, WA; her brother Steve Findley and wife Eddie of Alice, Texas; her sister-in-law Rindy Eldridge-Avis of Denver, CO; her mother-in-law, Erma Eldridge from Loveland, Colorado; as well as numerous beloved nieces and nephews.
