Curtis,
Were coming up one one year since you left us and it still kills me everyday. Your memory still dances through my head all the time! Visions of you playing with my boys or you sitting at the table drinking coffee with me giving me advice and never judging me. I remember when I was just a little girl and you and my brothers always looked after me. Time flew by too fast and now your gone. Miss you bro everyday your in my head and heart. I just gotta remind myself that you r in a better place and you arent suffering any of this worlds troubles anymore! LUV YOU FOREVER BIG BROTHER!!!!

Life so fragile, Loss so sudden, Heart so broken, in the wake of such a loss, we are haunted by things we don't and may never understand. Yet the solace we seek may not come from answers. So we look for comfort in the belief of Love's everlasting connection. May that Love for Curtis lift each and every one of you and hold you close and give you peace.

I know that we hadnt spoken for years but that didnt diminish the sadness I felt when I heard the news. I'll never forget all the fun we all had when we were younger; hangin out in the bus, bonfires, car rides & just bein crazy kids. I'll always remember you as "Lippy" & how sweet, shy, and gentle you were. Watch over all who loved you & know you'll be missed by many. Rest in Peace bud.

curtis, you're one of the best friends ive ever had. the night before you left us all i can remember is dappin you up and you smilin sayin youll holler at me tomorrow. well you never did and that tears me apart. ill never forget that handshake or that night we played xbox and cracked up about god knows what. the 49rs didnt win so youre lucky we didnt bet on that. hopefully the bills will take the superbowl next year for you. i cant even listen to metallica anymore cause it makes me cry. everytime i hear a train i think of you talkin about workin on the railroad and how you wanted to get back on it and get your life back together. i have a strange feeling all the time that youre watching over me. it was too soon bud..too soon. i'll see you again someday bud. i love you curtis. watch over me and keep me out of trouble. im so mad at myself for not hugging you that night instead of dapping you up. ill always always remember you. rest in peace buddy. maybe wherever you are theres all the metallica, american honey, and good hard work that you always loved to do. im buying a ranger soon as my first car in memory of you. rest in peace
