Loving Wife, Mother, Grandmother
Donna J. Culver Marshall, of Albion, died Monday, February 10, 2013, at her residence, at the age of 82. She was born October 4, 1931, daughter of the late Adise LaVern Culver and Ila Mae Abbott Culver.
She is survived by her husband of 56 years, Grant O. Marshall, a son, Patrick Marshall and his wife, Amy, of Columbus, Ohio, a daughter, Becky Marshall of Albion, two grandchildren, Devon Fehr and Jacob Fehr of Albion, two sisters, Alice "Sally" Snyder of Springboro, Elizabeth "Liz" Felix of Clearfield, and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three brothers, John, William and Robert Culver, and a young sister, Nancy Culver.
Donna attended Greenwood School, in Geneva, and Beaver Center School, in Beaver Center. She had worked at the Bort Hotel, Springboro Pickle Factory and Conneaut Lake Park Hotel. She loved to crochet, take pictures, go fishing, bird watching, putting puzzles together and being with her grandchildren. She also enjoyed genealogy research. She was loved by her family and will be sadly missed by all.
Friends may call at the Mattera Funeral Home, 188 East State Street, Albion, on Thursday from 4 p.m. until the time of a funeral service there at 7 p.m. Burial will be in Albion Cemetery.
