Eleanor Limpert Hough

Eleanor Limpert Hough, age 99, of Erie, passed away Saturday, February 23, 2013 at Ball Pavilion. She was born in Westlake, Ohio, June 1, 1913, daughter of the late Martin and Hannah Limpert. Eleanor was a member of the Eastminster United Presbyterian Church and the Women's Association. She had served as a Deacon and Elder of her church. Eleanor was a registered nurse, working for Dr. Van Marter for many years and had worked at Twinbrook Medical Center for nine years, retiring in 1975. Eleanor is survived by two sons, Dean Hough of Washington and William Hough (Marilyn) of Ohio; daughter-in-law, Sandra Hough of Erie; 11 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert D. Hough; one son, Robert H. Hough; one daughter, Margaret Ann Himebaugh; two sisters, Arlene Rauske and Dorothy Tindal and two brothers, Robert and Glenn Limpert. Friends may call at the Dusckas Funeral Home, Inc., East, 2607 Buffalo Road, on Tuesday from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. and on Wednesday from 10 a.m. until the time of the funeral service there at 11 a.m. conducted by Rev.
