Margaret Gregoroff Daniloff, age 89, of Erie, passed away Thursday, February 14, 2013 at St. Mary's Home East, after a brief illness. She was born in Erie on March 31, 1923, the daughter of the late Ilarion and Anna Andrynof Gregoroff. Margaret was a graduate of East High School and had worked for Bliley Electric. She was a member of the Russian Orthodox Church of the Nativity. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 59 years, Harry Daniloff; four sisters, Donna Sherman, Dorothy Wasiloff, Marion Wolf and Irene Cornelius and a brother, James Biel. Margaret is survived by two brothers, Carl (Patricia) Gregoroff of Erie and Thomas (Jane) Gregoroff of Columbus, Ohio. She is the beloved aunt of Diane Lasher and Ken Cornelius, both of Erie, Felicia Hail of Frederick, Md., Dean Gregoroff and David Gregoroff, both of Columbus, Ohio, Susan Sobotka of Reading, Pa., Elaine Gregoroff, Natalie Maher, Matthew Gregoroff, all of Erie and Rachel Gregoroff, her church companion and health advocate. She is also survived by several great-nieces and nephews and a great-great-nephew. There will be no visitation. Private Funeral Services will be held at the Russian Orthodox Church of the Nativity, 251 East Front St., with burial in St. John the Divine Cemetery.
