Our sympathy to Kenny's family. We left Erie in 1961 but always thought about Norb's cousins, Kenny and Jr. through the years. Distance makes it so hard to keep in touch, but we want Jr. and all the family to know that our thoughts and prayers are with you.

I really didn't know Ken all that well. When he was around he was always quiet around me. When we ended up at the Cancer Center we made small talk together and gradually became buddies. I feel like I just lost a buddy I hardly got to know. I know all of you who knew him all your lives are feeling pretty empty missing him. I believe God picks us when we are ripe. I saw Ken just before he went to Pittsburg and I saw how weak he was and how miserable he felt. I knew he kept a lot of it inside. God saved him from much worse pain that was coming. My heart goes out to his family, and to our shared family. In my heart DeAnna is my daughter too. And Miracle is in all of our hearts and I will do my best to keep Kenny alive and well in our hearts until we meet again. Love Wendell
