Christopher John Grove, age 47, passed away from this earth early on Friday morning, December 7, 2012. He was born in Erie on April 9, 1965, the beloved son of Walter "Jack" and Kathryn Engle Grove. Chris lived in Erie all his life, going to grade school and high school in the area. Chris was previously a machinist at EMI and Erie Wheels, and then an accomplished chef working at Edgar's Restaurant on State Street, Lawrence Park Golf Club, the Waterfall and the Erie Yacht Club. He was a former member of the Lawrence Park Junior Chamber of Commerce. Chris liked to spend time with his family, especially his children, and enjoyed hunting, fishing and picnicking. He loved America, and being free to ride his Harley. He designed and made his own tattooing machines and tattoos. Chris was a loving husband to his wife, Christina M. Goss; father to his children, Dianna Romanishin, Eric D., Hayley A. and Candice Grove and a loving grandfather to his grandchildren, Alexis and Elisa Romanishin, Dominic and Eric Grove Jr. He is further survived by his brothers, Walter "Tom" Grove, Jeffrey J. Grove and Brad Stone, and his sisters, Doreen R. Troutman and Debra Grove. He was a fun-loving uncle to his nieces and nephews and had a close relationship to his cousins, aunts and uncles. Friends may call at the Dusckas Funeral Home, Inc., East, 2607 Buffalo Road, on Monday from 2 to 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. until the time of the Funeral Service there at 8:30 p.m., conducted by Rev.
