Loving wife and Mother Harriet A. Sadoski, 96, formerly of 5450 Appleman Road, died December 2, 2012 at her residence in Ball Pavilion at Brevillier Village following an illness. She was born in Erie, Pa., June 24, 1916, daughter of late Walter and Alexandra Kosinski. She lived in Erie all of her life. Harriet was a homemaker all of her life. She enjoyed baking, gardening, being with family and playing a lot of cards. She was a past den mother of St. Boniface Cub Scouts, involved with the PTA, and a room mother. Harriet was preceded in death by her husband Stan Sadoski; son, Robert Sadoski; a grand-daughter, Lori Sadoski Bauschard; four brothers, Walter, Frank, Joe, and Wallace Kosinski; and one sister, Mary Bagniszewski. She is survived by a daughter Cindy Hornaman, and her husband, Chris, of Allentown, Pa. and a son, Thomas Sadoski, and his wife, Barbara. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins. Schmidt & Son Funeral Home Inc., 5000 Wattsburg Road (corner of East Gore Rd. and Pine Ave.) on Friday from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. and are invited to a prayer service there on Saturday morning at 10:00 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Boniface Catholic Church at 10:30 a.m. Burial will be in Mt. of Olives Cemetery.
