Joseph John Trevison Jr. Obituary
Joseph John Trevison, Jr., age 67, of Erie, died Wednesday, December 19, 2012 at St. Vincent Health Center. He was born in Erie, July 12, 1945, a son of the late Joseph J. Trevison, Sr. and Anne Papparelli Trevison. Joseph received his BS, MA and CPA degrees. He was an IRS Agent and owner of Trevison & Trevison Accounting. He was a member of the Siebenbuerger Club and Howdy Doodie Club. He taught accounting at TriState and NRTI. He also served on the Board of the Achievement Center. One of his hobbies was being a magician; he was a member of the International Brotherhood of Magicians. Other hobbies included reading, western movies and super hero movies. He loved taking family vacations, writing business articles and being with people. He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Linda Hankinson Trevison of Erie; two daughters, Jennifer Dunn and her husband Michael of Chesapeake, Va. and Tracy Ann Trevison of Erie; one son, James Trevison and his fiancé Heidi of Erie; three grandchildren, Michael, Joseph and Betty Ann Dunn who called their grandparents "PePa" and "MeMa; one brother, Nicholas Trevison of Orlando, Fla. and a sister Dolores Hankinson of Erie. Many nieces, nephews, sisters and brothers -in- law also survive. Friends may call at Brugger Funeral Homes & Crematory, LLP, Pine Avenue Branch, 845 East 38th Street, Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and may attend services there on Saturday at 9:30 a.m. followed by a Funeral Mass at St. Luke Church at 10:00 a.m. Burial in Wintergreen Gorge Cemetery.
