Larry Morehouse, age 75, of Erie, passed away on Monday, February 18, 2013, at his residence following a short illness. He was born in Erie on September 25, 1937, son of the late Clyde and Evelyn Sharrer Morehouse. Larry graduated from Academy High School, Class of 1956. He worked at Zurn Energy Division for 34 years until his retirement. He enjoyed bowling, golfing and boating. Larry was a member of the Siebenbuerger and Forester Clubs; a social member of American Legion Carl Neff Post #571, and a life member of the Fulton, Slovak and Huzar Clubs. Larry is loved and will be missed by his loving wife, Patricia Morehouse; one son, Dean Morehouse (Alice) of Edinboro; one daughter, Jodi Walker (Will) of Florida; one sister, Audrey McLallen of Erie; three grandchildren, Justin, Nicole and Cliff; nieces and nephews, Jim and Val Morehouse, John and Diane Thompson, Mary Jane and Butch Brabender and Debbie and Earl Hanson; many grand-nieces and grand-nephews; and many friends. He was preceded in death by a sister, Barbara Schlindwein and two brothers, Theodore and Delmont Morehouse. Friends may call at the Dusckas Funeral Home, Inc., East, 2607 Buffalo Road on Thursday from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. and are invited to attend a Funeral Service there on Friday at 10 a.m. conducted by Rev.
