Patricia Carr Obituary
Pat and her husband were the original owners of Patti's Pizza. She was an active member of Wesley United Methodist Church. Pat was a gifted artist, participating in and winning many art awards. She was also active with the art program at the Mercy Center on Aging.
Pat is survived by her husband of 61 years, Herbert Carr; four children, Kim Maillie, Scott Carr (Jennifer), Steve Carr (Stacey) and Valerie Cote; eight grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Friends are invited to attend a Memorial Gathering at Wesley United Methodist Church, at the corner of Station Road and South Street, on Saturday from 1 p.m. until the time of the Memorial Service at 3 p.m., conducted by Rev. Pamela Gardner. Arrangements are being handled by the Dusckas Funeral Home, Inc.

Herb and Family: I loved working at Patti's Pizza on E. 38th in the early 1970's. I remember Patti making trays and trays of meatballs, carrying each tray on her shoulder to the pizza oven to bake. She and Herb were wonderful people to work for. Patti will always have a place in my heart.

My deepest sympathy to Herb and the family. It is a great loss to loose such s good friend. Pat and her family were like our own family when growing up in Girard. There are some very special memories with her as she used our daughter several times to paint pictures. She was really gifted in that area. We always will remember her as we look at the several pieces we have hanging in our home. Rest in peace Pat.
