Patricia "Patty" Maciak Clark age 63, of Erie recently passed at UPMC Hamot as a result of a severe heart attack. She was born in Erie on May 24, 1949, daughter of the late Anthony and Mary Maciak. She was a graduate of Academy High School and Erie Business. She was previously employed at Buffalo Molding Plastics and the Erie County Library. She got the most pleasure from the smaller things in life. She loved celebrating the holidays, the joys of gifting, and giving all she could to her family. She dedicated her life to being a wonderful mother and best friend to her daughter. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers Joseph and Henry ("Hank") Maciak, and three sisters, Ann Maciak, Gertrude Jaskiewicz, and Lucille Maciak. At this time of year she will be sadly missed by daughter Michelle (Clark) Czerwinski; son-in-law Daniel Czerwinski; granddaughter Lily Czerwinski; brother Eugene Maciak; sister-in-law Patricia Maciak; sister-in-law Theresa Maciak; and many nieces, nephews and cousins. In her honor, a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday at 11 a.m. at St. Ann's Church, 921 East Avenue. Funeral arrangements are being handled by Mark Razanauskas Funeral Home, 701 East Avenue, Erie, Pa.
