Robert D. Angerer, Sr., age 76, passed away Tuesday, February 5, 2013, at Saint Vincent Health Center. Born in Hampton, Elizabeth County, Virginia on September 28, 1936, he was a son of the late John J. and Ruby (Burdette) Ham. He served in the U.S. Navy during the Korean War, and was a truck driver for Plaza Bumper. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his stepmother, Martha Bettina Angerer, and a brother, John Angerer. Survivors include his wife, Sandi Angerer, of Mill Village; a son, Robert Daniel Angerer, Jr., of Erie; two daughters, Cheryl Dillinger, of Findlay, Ohio, and Linda Boyd, of Arkansas; a sister, Annie Bettylee Davis, of Hot springs, Ark.; two grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. Friends may call Thursday from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. at Brugger Funeral Homes & Crematory, 1595 West 38th Street at Greengarden Boulevard, and may attend a service there Friday at 11 o'clock, with Rev.
