Susanna D. Corson, 93, a resident of Normandy Farms Estates in Blue Bell, Pa., passed away November 28, 2012, at Abington Memorial Hospital. She was the wife of the late William H. Corson, and had formerly resided in Trooper, Jeffersonville, Berwick, and Erie, Pa.; Andover, Mass.; and Akron, Ohio. Born November 22, 1919, in Trooper, she was the youngest daughter of the late Robert G. and Melvina (Patterson) Dyson. She was a 1937 graduate of A.D. Eisenhower High School in Norristown, and a 1940 graduate of Montgomery Hospital School of Nursing. Mrs. Corson was a charter member of Church of the Cross in Fairview, Pa., where she served as a Parish Shepherd and was a member of the Retirees Group. Surviving are three daughters, Susan Corson-Finnerty and her husband Adam of Southampton, Pa., Janet Corson Stanton and her husband Glenn of Idaho Falls, Idaho, and Linda L. Corson and her husband John Marquess of Haddon Heights, N.J.; seven grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by an infant son, William H. Corson, Jr.; and two sisters, Emeline D. Heyser and Harriet D. Deverell. A memorial service will be held at Normandy Farms Estates in Blue Bell, Pa., at 2:00 p.m. on January 19, 2013. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations in her honor be made to the Church of the Cross, 5901 Millfair Rd., Erie, PA 16415. Arrangements are by the R. L.
