Urban James Eisweirth, 75, of Erie, passed away on Friday, December 14, 2012 at his residence. He was born on September 21, 1937 in Geneva, Ohio, son of the late Charles Moore and Louise Deak. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy, where he served on the USS Salem. He worked as a Salesman for the Hite Co. He enjoyed attending Erie Otter's and Seawolves games. Besides his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Rose Marie Przybycin Eisweirth, two brothers, Lesley and James, and a sister Mary Lou. Survivors include one daughter, Melissa Ann Eisweirth-Lee (Michael) of Erie; one son Urban James Eisweirth, Jr. (Jennifer) of Charleroi, Pa.; two brothers, Joseph Eisweirth (Ginny) of Arizona and Ronald Moore (Vi) of Maryland. He is also survived by a grandson, Zachary John Eisweirth and a granddaughter, Sayde Rose Marie Eisweirth both of Charleroi, Pa. and many nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends may call at the Edward J, Garr Funeral Home, Inc., 459 East 12th Street, Erie, PA 16503 on Tuesday from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Services will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday at 11 a.m. Burial with full military honors will be in Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
